Most young people are taught that the subjects worth making work about are somewhere else.

He grew up in the Dandenong Ranges. He teaches painting at Assembly from Term 1.

The practitioners here are not teachers who also make work. They are people whose own practice comes first, standing in a room with ten young people, doing the thing rather than describing it.
