Enrolment Forms
When you enrol your child in an Assembly course, we collect:

- Student name and date of birth

Newsletter Signup
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

Studio Visit Bookings
When you book a studio visit, we collect:

How We Store Your Information
All personal information is stored securely using Airtable, a cloud-based database service. Enrolment workflows are supported by Supabase for authentication and data management.
Sensitive information (medical conditions, dietary requirements, emergency contacts) is never displayed back through any online tool. This information is entered once at the source and is used only by Assembly staff and instructors delivering the course.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Payment Processing
Assembly currently processes payments through manual invoicing. When payment processing is integrated, we will use secure, industry-standard payment processors. Payment card details are never stored on our systems.
Data Retention
- Contact information (name, email, phone) is kept while your family is actively enrolled in Assembly courses.
- Sensitive information (medical, dietary, emergency contact) is deleted 12 months after your last active enrolment, unless your family re-enrols within that period.
- Newsletter subscribers remain on our mailing list until they unsubscribe.
Your Rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
